here's the most easiest way to unlock network locks in SGY (and some other phones)

The app is still in beta, and time limited...

Current features:
- save backup of /dev/bml15
- unlock all four kind of locks:
------network lock
------subnetwork lock
------SP lock
------CP lock
- reset Custom binary download counter to zero
