[APP][WIP]Galaxy Toolbox - Network unlock, custom bin reset BETA

he app still in beta, and time limited...
At this moment only 'bml15 save' and 'unlock' functions implemented the others... in progress
Current features:
- save backup of /dev/bml15
- unlock network locks (open line)
- reset Custom binary download counter to zero
